Just switched to a gud org with gud perk,pay,project work but My boss is the epitome of a**h*** reasons-
Onboarded me on a huge project (12 phase proj) with no KT, only gave docs to read from.
He was handling this proj till phase 4 but has completely withdrawn out without proper transition.
I cannot make decisions and my decisions are overridden by him.

Is negotiating offers the norm now? I’ve been at my company awhile and at the time I was hired they said they don’t do negotiations, take it or leave it and they’d offer the next person. Clawback clause in current contract: been in role for over 2 yrs, it was an internal move that required relocation. Relocation was approved shortly after (over 2 yrs ago) but covid meant the actual move and start of my contract with new subsidiary was delayed, I was paid by the previous subsidiary meanwhile. I got small relocation package. Would internal move be subject to a buy-out/clawback clause if I leave now and if yes, is it time in role or time under new contract? Any experience? Thanks!

I cleared tech and delivery mgr rounds.
I had a hr round and her budget is 11 lpa.
I told her have 13 lpa pipeline already and wish 14 lpa.
She said "I have not seen the world. Only 20 percent ppl go beyond money, rest look for WLB, job security, learning."
Okay, so my thoughts are from where she got that stats - 20 percent really ?
I beleive HRs are also subset of that 20 percent, bdw I don't mind saying am a elite subset of the 20 percent looking for better salaries. What's wrong in asking ?
