Amerisourcebergen doesn't care about its employees. We have no mental health awareness. Leadership only promotes people who kiss ass the most qho have no managerial experience and pass people who actually have experience in a manager role. Leadership never helps you with anything. Managers write you up for no reason amd threaton your job constantly. Ive have leasherip threaten my job while on FMLA and write me up for taking too much time off

I am looking to make a career change to HR. I currently make 75K as a sales and development coach. I had a recent offer for a state government position in a talent acquisition role but I’d be taking a $25K pay cut. I am extremely over qualified for the position but it could possibly be a stepping stone and gives me the time to acquire SHRM certifications and possibly start taking classes to get my MBA. My question is those currently in an HR role, would this move make sense to you?

My company is offering me a performance bonus over my CTC of 2L which will be paid quarterly, but they are asking me stay one more year from now with the organisation. I joined around Feb 2021 and I won't be able to drop resignation till July 2022 if I accept the bonus.

Is it advisable to accept the performance bonus and stay in the organisation or move out after my one year completion which is by Feb 2022

I feel like the urge to run away whenever I'm unable to perform well or understand things. I feel like an impostor getting lucky along my career path. Deep down I know I can do it but I'm slow. Switching jobs is not the solution I feel as I've already tried that. I feel like if I communicate my shortcomings I'll be questioned of my prior experience. Many startups ask for assignments while interviewing for their strategy roles and never come back after you submit it. It wastes a lot of time considering difficult work-life balance in consulting.

How do you cope with this? Can we ask for a case round instead so we don’t waste our precious time in writing assignments for them?
