What's your take on BT vs Rockwell Automation?

Which is a better company?
I know both these companies are from different domain. But still would like to know which is a better choice.

Currently I'm working at BT. However I want to switch to Rockwell Automation in the same profile but as a senior.

How can I switch to a product-based company as an SDET from a QA analyst
My current YOE - is 9 months
current skills I have
Testing (Selenium java+appium+Cucumber(BDD/TDD)+maven+TestNG+Postman(API)/SOAP/Rest Assured+Jenkins+GIT)
Other skills: (Unix, Python, Java, Data Analytics, NLP, DeepLearning)
I'm Also doingData Structures and Algorithms and Leetcode.
Projects: (One Project on Animal hunter Detection/Alarm system using DeepLearning, NLP-based Sentiment analysis using word2vec/bag of words)

I’m four months into my job and I got put onto a PIP. I worked so hard to break into IB, put up all the hours and even working 2am nights for weeks, learned a ton, and improved a lot along the way as the sole analyst yet this happens. Looking for advice! I was approved to work remotely but my salary will decrease 10%. I received two raises so the decrease brings me down to my previous salary. I was told that it’s due to the cost of labor in the area.

I received a phone call from Airtel Digital yesterday. They are looking for Java Backend Engineers. The HR asked me about my NP. I honestly told them 90 days, but they are looking for someone to join in 45 days. I told her that I could finish my work in 60 days and join Airtel in 60 days, but she was not agreeing. Till today I was planning to join company C but got to know that it is bit harsh towards employees and only cares till we are with the client and once we are out our salary is stopped and even we might be thrown out .

Am nervous and have only 15days left in NP.

I have 5 YOE and i interviewed for CON and have been offered for consultant position, during the negotiation because of max salary restriction for the position she tried for Assistant manager then came back to me saying stakeholders said they can't hire for AM in deal Analytics and so can offer consultant for the same package.

I feel like Spiderman. I have no friends left after moving to my hometown due to pandemic and no one to date also. My parents keep me as a child meddling with my personal life, interfering with who I talk to or not.

Should I try to move to office location and quit this WFH once for all. I am extremely unhappy and feel no freedom though my rent and food cost is getting saved by staying.

I guess 2cr doesn't get you shit in metro cities these days. So what's your number, realistically. 4 cr, 5 cr, 7.5 cr($1mill) or you wouldn't think of retiring untill 60, irrespective of your bank balance?
