New CTC - 17.5 LPA (16 fixed + 1.5 variable)

Current company - Thoucentric Technologies Pvt Ltd
New Company - Thomson Reuters

Would like to know, whether this would be a good switch? Considering, I won't be eligible for hike cycle for 2025 in New company & what would be the best If my current company matches the new job offer?

Moving from government to BigLaw as a 6th year. Since I'm coming in as a mid-level, I feel like this transition is different than a junior whom partners expect to know little. Any advice?

2. Zupee - 42LPA
Which one I should choose?
In Tigerhall, I will get a lot of free time as the work is same as what I have done so far in my career therefore, I can focus on more things now.
In Zupee, I will get to learn new skill which might be good for my career.
Also, comparatively in hand salary of Tigerhall is higher than Zupee (it will less tax deduction as it's a Singapore based company)
