I Got one Offer from Fynd but that is too low for me and as per my expereince
They are giving me 9 LPA bcz I quoted that amount when I applied for it long back. at that time I didnt know more about how salary and all calculated and whats the market research
Now after clearing all the rounds when we meet for salary discussion i told him my real desired salary as per experience and market reseach
He told me that I quoted 9 LPA so we can not do more "unless you have any counter offer"

Job safety, VISA will beat expedia all day, its the 10th largest company on the planet, I would pick the Visa offer to be honest, travel industry is shaky. With 13 YOE you cant take risks so go for VISA. I also have VISA as my “wishlist” company to get a job.. theyre good
I guess then Expedia would give atleast 20+LPA more than Visa right? so go for Expedia if this is the case.

If I would have been in your place I would have gone with Expedia. As overall in terms of pay & WLB it is a good company. As far as job security is concerned I can't comment, but if they offering such a good compensation it must pe a critical role & they require you.

Go for Expedia …It has one of the best work culture…It’s travel industry…after Covid everything is normal…if you are still inclined to VISA ask for counter to match Expedia offer

I know Expedia has good work culture, good wlb in general and pays well too. They also offer good amount of RSUs at your experience and have decent additional benefits too. Don't know about visa, so won't comment. But Expedia is definitely a company worth working for. As far as I know, the only time there were mass layoffs was during covid time (understandable).
