I completed interview in IBM few months ago I got selected even offer also generated but they are not ready to give atleast 20% hike so I didn't accept their offer in that time.but today I attended the interview for ibm and they are ready to process my profile. I attended with different mailbut HR asked you are having two profile in the ibm portal and she will move with the mail which am currently using.My doubt is while during BGV screening will they know I have attended interview earlier?

I had a technical discussion for HCL on 3rd Oct. It's been more than a week. I still haven't received a status on that interview. I have also received a "Resume shortlisted" mail from their careers app after a week.
Does it mean I'm selected? There's no intimation of the status at all. The HR don't reply on mails/calls.
