I'm a PM with total 4.5 yrs experience (3 yrs as a developer + 1.5 yrs as a PM in B2C). I'm currently holding an offer from o9solutions. It's a supply chain tech company. Wanted to know your opinion on is this a good switch if in future I want to work with Microsoft or Salesforce or Atlassian? I kind of want to build my profile in B2B SaaS. Inputs welcome!

2020 grad M&A/PE Associate in LCOL area thinking about moving to a ECVC/M&A boutique. I generally like the work I do and the people I work with, but I really don’t like the hours and the constant late nights and weekends. Currently on pace for 2250. Boutique I have been eyeing has billable hour requirement of 1500-1600 and comes with a 20-25% paycut. Is this a stupid idea and should I grind it out until I can move in house? Will this ruin my opportunities down the road?

What are the typical differences (+ and -) between PM Role in b2b and b2c organisations? Holding an offer from both, with 10L more in b2b and another b2c paying less. Have you thought about why PM interview experience is totally different than the actual PM job ? PM interview goes typically with current domain, design xyz for abc, guesstimate; whereas in actual job you have ‘n’ no. of constraints to build, leadership priority , sufficient time to think etc. What are your thoughts?
