With 3Y.O.E in .net stack and before joining Gartner I worked in LTI(2yrs) and Cognizant(5months) and I always dreamt to a join a Product based comp so was very happy initially when I joined Gartner but after 6 months I feel like I am not satisfied with the work here as I am used to work extensively in the prev companies but the work assigned here is not much and feel like my learning curve is not that much as before. What do now ?

I am currently in a coordinating role right now but not really sure how to move into a PM role? What kind of experience is needed? Any advice?

I am feeling lost in job. So I’ve applied for Accounts payable they offered 40k. I said why not to gain some experience. I didn’t even bother negotiating which I regret.
Fast forward I noticed that I was eventually handed everyone’s workload (AR & imports & duty and check coworker work + AP) Spoke to them about pay increase based on workload. So they raised it to 55k.. but I still feel underpaid based on the amt of work I do. I don’t know what my title or what to put on resume..

I reverted asking them to provide 40% hike on my cctc or 20% hike on fixed cctc and wfh option.

1. Capgemini - Kolkata, Manager C2 | 27 LPA (Fixed 24.5)
2. TEKsystems - Remote, Senior Engineer | 31 LPA Fixed

(I am based out of Kolkata)

Honestly I don't know much about Teksystems, other than what I've read in Glassdoor. I liked their interview process though.

Please factor in job security as well in your suggestions.
