What salary could be expected for a "Senior Associate" position in EY? How long does it take for the next promotion?

I am having 8.7 YOE JAVA Backend developer and having offer from Nagarro now.
So I wanted to know about the BGV process, like what docs they ask like docs from all of the past employers ?
And do they ask after joining or before joining ?
As I dont have exp letter from my 1st company (with 1.6 yoe) which was a small startup.
It was a absconding case so couldnt get any exp letter but I do have payslips, bank statements, appointment letter & last appraisal letter from that company.

Recently, the CEO and my boss, the VP gave me the latitude to promote myself and "write my own" job description. I've been the Marketing Manager of this company for about 7 months. Already received 1 raise.

Much of the work in my "new" job description, I've already been doing. My currently salary is $70K. New title is Director of Communications and Systems Integration. What is a reasonable salary increase here.

I have about 7 years experience in this area.

Hello I’m looking for a referral at Medable. I have over 5 years of experience as a Pharmacist and 4 years of experience as a PM/Scrum Master. I have got offer from Accenture for 20LPA with 16LPA fixed and 4LPA as variable pay.
Now Capgemini wants to retain me and they have told they can give counter offer for 16-16.5 LPA though I asked for 17.5 LPA as fixed what should I do now accept and revoke resignation?
