How do you deal with an HR that ghosts you after 3 interviews that went really well? I landed an offer at Deloitte as a sr. consultant, and then negotiated for a managerial role. I was told all interviewers were really happy with me so she would be glad to arrange a reevaluation for the new role(I was interviewed by 2 Sr. Managers & an MD for Sr. Consultant role and will have to take another round with a partner for the managerial position). I tried following up thrice after, no response.

While accepting offer in Wipro my friend directly clicked accept and submitted after reading all the pages. But didn't fill the signature and date column in all sheet since text was not enabled. At bottom of every page in offer letter it shows as signed by user name ,user email address & date when she signed. Could anyone please confirm if this is fine or not ?
