#2 Demanded 10-20% extra on current offer but they matched offer and release offer without discussion ( I accepted as backup )
Week of difference in 1st company (wk-1)& BNY( wk-2).

Bny purposely release matching offer ? will they increase offer & provide joining bonus ?

The job is in my hometown so I don't need to pay for rent or other additional living costs. (leaning towards coz nice industry) Offer 2: Kaplan 26 lpa fixed The job is in bangalore so there will expenses related to living and initial migration costs. Which is better from a future growth aspect (money wise) ? FinTech or Edtech? Which should I choose?
