I applied for a BA role at Amazon and received an email from a recruiter. They are requesting my current CTC and expected CTC before the interview.

I have a doubt. If I disclose my CTC, there is a chance I won't be shortlisted if they have specific budget criteria so what should I do?

Any tips to tackle this situation?

Job status in workday portal for PWC is showing Offer phase, anybody know what does it mean.

What is the next process once accepted offer in pwcindia. I have accepted offer and have my joining in 2 weeks. Have not received any further communication from HR.

Negotiation in new offer: I’m moving from fully remote to fully in office (with chance of hybrid later) offer for associate director in quality in pharma for 170k base, 18% bonus and 75k equity. I’ve asked for a sign on bonus as I’m not eligible for annual next year and will be missing my current jobs bonus. I should hear tomorrow (asking for 28k). Thoughts about the offer? Should I ask for more equity or is that standard? They’re public (currently ~$20)should I get the hybrid option in writing?

Just saw that Airbnb's salary range for a 2+ years experience Data Scientist in US is 129k -180k USD.
In INR its 95L- 1.4cr. But in India do they pay even 30L to 4 years yoe?
Last year I saw such salary range for 4+ yoe in US. But in India its yet to increase.
In this quarter these companies have started negotiating in the name of US recession. Irony is salary range didn't decrease in the place where the recession is supposed to occur.
