So I worked from home yesterday and my husband had a sneak peak on my meetings with clients (which I’m very new to being a senior). He mention that I should read some sales pitch books of some sorts so I can get a process down and not be drain from having genuine conversations with every client. I think it’s a great idea. Can you be on more than one project at a time? Like if you have a project that only takes up like 10 hours a week, can you get onto another project to fill the remaining hours? I know your coach is supposed to be your project manager which is why I wonder if it’s maybe not allowed?

Hey Guys, Currently I am having 16.12 lac pa in current organization and 5% Bonus So total comes around 16.93lac pa. Nagarro is asking me to rejoin at 20 lac pa (5% Project bonus included).

I have got an offer from Accenture and the fixed amount is 16lac and the only deduction they said will happen is PF from this 16 lac and it seems I need to bifurcate the split ups for the basic HRA and other allowance during the onboarding time.
Could anyone have any suggestions if this is a normal process for Accenture where they ask us to fill up the split ups.
Also, help me calculate the in hand approx for this.

My doj in accenture is approaching, I recieved a mail to sign and upload some documents, out of those one document says something like this, I'm ok to work in any shift/night shift. Does this mean I will have night shifts? or is this general for everybody to sign and upload?
