Currently I'm working at infosys with 4 years of experience with 10.5 LPA, how much I can expect at siemens for "Senior Softwate Engineer" if I'm switching ?

I did not get my Salary for this month ie September when will it be credited??

Infosys CCTC - 7.34 LPA + 60K NSA
Offered CTC, EY IN - 11LPA FIX + 2.20 Variable + 41k is gratuity and insurance
Total offered 13.61 LPA
What would be in hand salary at EY? Is it worth joining EY, chennai?
Can i expect more.? Please suggest.
