Hi there, I’ve been told that Deloitte (London, UK) is going to make me an offer but haven’t heard back and it’s been over two weeks. The recruiter mentioned it would be around the “m2 grade”. Any idea what this pay range is? … I have 3 YOE working in NHS finance and have applied for a position in Risk Advisory, public sector. Curious what life at Deloitte is like? Does a work life balance exist?

Yes you can work up to one month in any country where you are legally allowed to work.
Some countries are restricted though, so despite this rule, you cant work from India for example. Also, it’s 4 weeks so 20 working days.
Officially, you can work for a certain period of time if you already have work authorisation there (i.e. you're a citizen of that country). For the EU it's 20 days per year, but for the US it's only 10 days per year.
Unofficially, no one is looking to check where you're logging in from, as long as you don't give anyone a reason for it. I wouldn't recommend working remotely, but I don't expect that doing so every now and then would ever be caught as long as your work quality is not affected, even if it's not allowed.
