I got offer from Accenture. Submitted all the docs for BGV. It's been a month still my status is "Interviews completed".

During this one month I got two mails 1) Warm welcome to Accenture and 2) Welcome to Accenture mail with countdown link (without Credentials).

Received offer with tentative joining date with 3 moths from offer releasing date and i am requesting them to prepone the joining date but there is no response.

I am tensed.
Please share your suggestions.

I was just informed after the third round of interviews they’d like at least 5 references, two must be supervisors. My last job was a temporary remote job where I didn’t really interact with my supervisor and the jobs before that were at my family’s business (I do not speak to any of them for serious personal reasons.) Anything before that was grad school and I haven’t kept in contact with any professors from over five years ago. What should I do? 😕

Had my virtual on-site for an S&O L3 role 3.5 weeks ago (NYC, 5 YOE). I haven’t heard back on a decision yet, and was wondering how long it typically takes? I also know that I was one of the very first candidates to interview for this specific role, and there are atleast 2 more people scheduled for onsites. Does the recruiter typically wait for all candidates to finish their onsites before communicating a decision? Or if I haven’t heard back yet, it’s probably a reject?

I quit my previous job approximately 5-6 months ago due to toxic culture and being pressured to commit fraud… I fear hiring managers see that I’ve been out of work for this time and may assume I was fired or laid off. Additionally I’ve had a couple interviews where company “X” interviewers have commented on this and in an effort to not bad mouth my previous employer I’m stuck with a generic answer like I want to take my career to the next level with Company “X.” Any thoughts/advice?

Pre-sales and solution ownership of sales pursuits data analytics related services for cloud b. Own end to end RFP or RFI etc. Does it mean work is on presales only ?

My current CTC is very low, 4.77lpa. Got 10% for September cycle.
1) when is the annual appraisal cycle, when we will get the hike letter? Approx hike %
2) will we get additional hike for sub-level change from 12.2 -> 12.1?

Fishes need your help on decision making, of course it's a regular post,, got offer from accenture for team lead level 9 with fixed ctc of 17.45 LPA + 1.75 joining bonus + 27% variable pay. Is it ok to join to that level and CTC ??

SKILL: SSIS
CTC: 13 LPA Fixed + 10% variable pay

What is Pinnacle award ? And How will that benefit me ??
