They did not discuss anything about the project.
I understood that im not being hired for specific project!
How risky it is to find a project in LTi after joining the company!

I have other offers with BA Continuum with 2 lakhs less
Amadeus with similar package as that LTI.
Kindly help me to choose.

I returned back from Germany this year and now my current fixed CTC in India is 25 LPA and my in hand salary after deduction was 1.4 LPM, I was not sure what to opt in the Tax regime and selected new tax regime. Can someone shed some light how can I increase my in hand salary and reduce the tax. Also can I change my tax regime while filing Tax returns?

I am currently unallocated in TCS and seeking projects in the same US location as my Wife.
