I have cleared all the interview rounds in Genpact and submitted all documents as well but still no discussions on the salary part happened so far.

When should I expect the HR round and after HR round haw many days it will take to release the offer.

I got offer for NielsenIQ for Pune location. Want to know about WLB and how the variable salary is getting paid .

How is Novo Nordisk in Bangalore? Quality of work, culture, work life balance, flexibility, other benefits apart from salary. Their leave policy is very good on paper. Practically, how easy is it to avail leaves in Novo? Are there onsite opportunities? What do you suggest about taking up a scrum master role with them after working in service companies throughout the career?

Negotiation in new offer: I’m moving from fully remote to fully in office (with chance of hybrid later) offer for associate director in quality in pharma for 170k base, 18% bonus and 75k equity. I’ve asked for a sign on bonus as I’m not eligible for annual next year and will be missing my current jobs bonus. I should hear tomorrow (asking for 28k). Thoughts about the offer? Should I ask for more equity or is that standard? They’re public (currently ~$20)should I get the hybrid option in writing?

My company is paying for one credit card. I'm leaning towards Amex Platinum given the large 100k sign up bonus at the moment (which I'll be able to hit). People lean towards CSR because of the 3x on dining but I don't eat out that much (and additional perks, but I prefer the Amex for that).

Please give me a rough estimate on how much hike we can expect in my annual salary revision. I expected 8LPA when I joined. They gave me 5LPA with a promise of revision in 3months after joining. They inc it to 7.75LPA after 4m and during appraisal cycle gave 25k 11months to make it to 8LPA. In Oct my hike is due, so I would to like negotiate my hike. Please let me know how much I can ask for.

What are things to think about when considering a job from a startup? Especially with todays economy in mind? I currently work at a non startup company. I have never worked at a startup.
