Hi Folks,

I'm an Ex-Accenturite, who's trying to get back to Accenture again. I have applied in workday but it just seems to be going no where. "Application received" status has not changed for more than a month for an opening. Even the other suitable roles which I have applied for directly went to "No longer under consideration" status.
Hence tried employee referral and there comes the twist stating that my profile is already in the Accenture database and hence cannot be processed.
HELP ME!

I had a 3rd round interview with a VP yesterday, sent a follow up email after and included a general question and no response. Is this a bad sign?

Applied for a position in Johnson and Johnson Canada. Reached the final round 3 weeks back. After not getting any updates I emailed the HR a couple of weeks back. They responded back telling me that they’ll have an update for me the next week. Again I emailed them on Thursday asking if they have anything for me before the long weekend ( Good Friday & Easter). No response whatsoever. Will emailing them again be inappropriate? I desperately need this job

Tough time getting past final step: I’ve been trying to make a career shift for 10 months now and continue to get rejected at the last step. Im confident in the value I can provide and do well at presenting it. However, once it’s comes down to me and 1-2 other candidates, I repeatedly have been turned down for the person who has more relevant experience as they’re a safer bet for the employer.
