Hi folks, need some insights on the EY GDS process.
​Current: TechM, 8 YOE, 30 LPA.
EY agreed to: 32 LPA Fixed +10%Var.
​I cleared both tech rounds and filled the CIS. Had my salary negotiation and doc submission call with HR on March 29th. Still no offer letter.
​I followed up on April 14th; HR promised an update by the 15th. Since then, zero updates and she is no longer picking up my calls.
​Does EY usually take this long for internal approvals, or is there no chance of getting this offer now?

I had 21 as fixed and 3 variable. Good salary for my experience. But then came covid and now I'm at 48 fixed salary.
Thanks to covid I was able to achieve this salary at just 7 yoe. When I joined the industry my manager at 10+ experience was earning 10-12 lakhs.

I am about to receive an offer from EY GDS for a role of a Business Analyst_Banking finance (Principal Consultant) with a CTC of 27 LPA (inclusive of 10% variable).

I am having 10.5 YOE. Is this grade relevant which they have offered, taking my YoE into account? How much i can negotiate upto in CTC front? I mean the highest slab of Principal consultant?

Hi fishes! I recently graduated. I got campus placed as associate analyst consulting in Deloitte in my 5th semester. It's been an year there was no communication from the Deloitte apart from the letter of intent. Now recently I received a mail saying we'll be onboarding in phases and onboarding will be completed for 2022 batch by February 2023 . Legit they are making us wait for another 6 months....like wtf is thissss!??!????!!!! Your opinion/advice/suggestions are most welcomed!!!
