I eat out a ton (probably 3-4 times a week) but keep it pretty healthy and control my portions. I honestly hate cooking.
Have you ever considered getting a personal cook?
Not super fit but healthier than the average American lol but yeah I cook my own meals except for 2 meals per week.
Fit. I cook the same meal every single day. Strict diet. When I eat out (once a week or twice at most), try to customize as much as possible to fit my diet.
What’s the meal?
I’ll do 1-2 times eating out per week, other than that mostly home cooked healthy meals
Restaurant once a week, and I normally cook my own meals. Nothing too fancy.
Pro
I’m lazy and tend to buy a lot of $12 salads lol but I try to cook at least half of my meals at home and if I eat out, it’s something healthy like 80% of the time
I get takeout usually once or twice a week, but get enough for leftovers...
I do home chef meal delivery. Not having to do any planning, shopping, or deciding what to eat is great. Dishes suck but it’s a good way to eat healthy fresh home cooked food

Can count on one hand the number of times I’ve eaten at a restaurant/gotten takeout in the past couple years. Even pre-COVID, it was rare.
Cook like 90% of my meals. When I eat out it’s usually equal portions fish and vegetables.

Cool home pretty much - but eat out 2-3 times. Breakfast or dinner. I am also on a strict nutrition plan.
Have you ever considered a personal chef?
We cook mon-thurs (breakfast , meal prep lunch, dinner) go out definitely Fridays and Saturdays for dinner, Sundays it depends on family events.
Chief
I don’t eat out often. Maybe twice per month for dinner, maybe a lunch or two.
Will change when we get back to traveling but not by much.
