Hi folks. Need your help with a couple of offers to make the better decision. I have an offer with Syneos Health and IQVIA, both for Data Scientist 2 roles. These are apparently the final numbers from the two parties.

Syneos Health - 23.58 LPA Fixed (No variable or bonus)

IQVIA's counter - 23.99 Fixed + 1.82 Variable (Potentially an additional 50k-1 Lakh as joining bonus)

There are fairly similar offers. Your insights would really help me make the right decision!
