I have 2 offers one from Deloitte USI and the other from KPMG Global Services. While Deloitte is giving a CTC of 23.1 and KPMG is giving 30. Deloitte is the current leader in Cloud strategy whereas KPMG is very new to this business. Also, in Deloitte the no. of levels to partner are just 3 whereas for KPMG there are 6 levels.
Considering the above points, which one should I join

I’ve been at a job for a few months and hate it - partners set unrealistic deadlines, micromanage, and create work that truly is not necessary/push urgency when there is no real urgency. I had other offers prior to accepting this job that may still be options, and going back to my old job (for a pay cut) might also be an option. Hi.. I got an offer from Infosys. I have an experience of 5 years 9 months and my current CTC is 11 LPA. They have offered Senior Associate Consultant role with 13 LPA. I’m not sure how the hierarchy works here. Did they offer good designation or do I need to negotiate for a better role?

My BRO has an offer from ATOS as a fresher. they've mentioned in the offer letter that there'll be training period of 24 months(reframed version of bond) and also they've mentioned that there'll be penalty of 70k if he wants to leave before this period. Is it compulsory to pay this penalty? Or is there any way we can avoid this, he wants to leave in case he gets a good job offer from other company. Current CTC is only 3.0 LPA and joining location is very far from home.
