Birlasoft offered 18 LPA
I got counter from IBM for 20 LPA (My demand they agreed).
Now I got offer from cognizant 24 LPA.
Will IBM can provide counter again?
I want to join IBM.
Please suggest how to tackle this situation?

Offer i get from japan
Small company offer me 4L yen monthly after all tax and insurance deduction 3.20L yen net monthly salary in INR is 1.88L , japan living expenses per month is 1L saving 88000.
