How is the job security within Coforge?
I have received an email after my interview with HCL from consultant stating I have selected for HCL technologies and asking for information like, when U was interviewed and whether I received any link for documents upload from HCL.
I replied to that email saying interview has been done and I am yet to receive any link from HCL for documents upload nor any call from HCL HR.
Can anybody suggest, whether the process wil take time or where should I contact for further process.HCL Technologies

i think the north indian should do their business instead of any job at MNCs in MNCs they mostly go with customer service profile and after giving 8 to 9 yrs they get package of 8 to 9 lakh which they can easily get through their family business since starting And South indians have hijacked all MNCs and earning well, they are already come with those skills which a North indian learn for 4 yrs at Mncs

It really depends, it really happens less that they renegotiate but you can surely connect with them and renegotiate. Keep confidence and talk with them, if they have budget they surely will do the negotiation
In my case they were not able to match the offer I was holding. They have some budget constraints based on YOE. But you can try if itz falls under their budget may be they will..
Yes we had a discussion in call and he told to share the compensation structure and he will try. Later after so many days, they replied saying like itz not under their budget. Itz better you call them. Coz you can't expect the reply on time.
