I have recently applied in Barclays for analyst position at Chennai location. The status of my application has changed from application submitted to Hiring manager review on 5th of July. From then i didn't receive any mail from the company, and the status of my application is also unchanged. Can anyone tell me when can I expect the next stage of process, and i have 32 months of experience in industry domain. How much should i negotiate the salary during the Hr call. please help

Need advice on career path of IA at bank if it's worth, because they pay would be gradually higher than consulting in the later years when reaching VP level and coming in from different industry, the new scopes are interesting. But what would I be missing out on if I stayed in consulting?

Well I guess you should never settle. New gen is giving a hard time to the experienced folks. I think this is the high time to upgrade your skills.
