My CTC at Intel is 19.3Lpa(fixed) + 2.1Lpa(bonus target) + 5K RSU(3 years vested) + 2L joining bonus

AMD has offered 26.5Lpa( fixed + little variable) + 25K RSU(3 years vested) + 4L joining bonus.

Is this a good offer?

I have not yet completed an year at Intel(10months), I'm worried if I leave now, will it cause problem during rehire at Intel?

1) EXL services:- Role( Business analyst Band A2)
6.5 ctc + 1lakh first anniversary bonus.

2) Fractal analytics:- Role(Imagineer :- on trainingit would depend on what technology you'll work in data science) 7.5 ctc + 3 lakh joining bonus.

Please don't ignore this and help me to choose the right decision.

I’m a fifth year associate who is ready to get out of litigation (and private practice altogether). I’ve only ever done professional malpractice (legal, med mal, etc) and feel like those skills will not transfer as well if I had done transactional work. But one peculiar thing is happening. I have appeared for 4 Cognizant interviews but in all I have been rejected. Whereas most of my friends had easily cleared Cognizant. I am switching tech, so I am a bit concerned like whether my knowledge is too shallow😐
