Please be advised last week HR discussion done there was some salary negotiable.HR told will be receiving offer letter very soon.I submitted my documents to HR via email.Could u advise how many days they will take to release offer letter.HR discussion was done on Jan 31 . I haven't received any CTC break up also.Now HR is not responding to calls also no response through email

AWS vs Cloudflare BDR roles

AWS lowballed but I negotiated to match Cloudflare. Cloudflare offers more equity but AWS has a higher base.

I love Cloudflare. The people are great but it’s an engineering culture and the sales team isn’t as well shaped up and I can’t go for a promotion until at least 18 months of tenure. I am an investor in the company and think of them super highly. I’ve already got half a years SDR experience and AWS promotes quicker.

I’m currently working in insurance customer service at an agency. I work in the mortgage department assisting w mortgage changes , payments etc. I’ve been thinking about becoming a claims adjuster most likely for property damage . Is it worth it ???
