Hello - hope everyone is having a great weekend. I'm looking into risk assurance opportunities at Meta, especially Application Manager, Controls (min 5 YOE) and Manager, Compliance (min 12 YOE). I am a Senior Manager with 9 years of IT risks assurance experience. Does anyone have any thought on which position I should apply? If anyone currently at Meta could share your experience, that would also help. If anyone is open to providing referrals, I could provide my background. Facebook (Meta)

Thanks everyone for the feedback! How much should I ask for if I go to industry as a director of internal audit for a MCoL city? $180-200 base?
sounds about right, bonuses can get to 100k so 300k TC sounds about right
Same stats as you but eleven years of experience I'm at 200 including bonus. In public accounting
I’m a manager with 9 yoe and my TC is 175k. It all depends on your experience, certifications, and the need for your services.
Varies wildly in industry.... how big are your clients?
9 years of experience? I'm an IT audit supervisor also in industry in MCOL with 5ish YOE at 149k. I'd say you're underpaid.
Directors that I know in this space with similar experience have base pay between 175-200k in MCOL

Yeah you’re underpaid. Should be at 185 base min
I have an offer from industry MCOL for 140k base and 15% target bonus with ~5 YOE so guessing yes you are underpaid
