Additional Posts in Offer Negotiations
I have 12+ yoe. I work in AWS with a 23L base, 13L JB and 5 RSU (29.8L ), L4. I am about to receive an offer from ADP . What band/grade would be great to negotiate. For ADP anything around 45L-48L including 12% variable (not sure about JB) is considered to be the right offer? I have another offer from Accenture 32L fixed, 10L variable, 6.4L JB. I guess wlb in Accenture would be more difficult than ADB?? What's your view fishes !!! Consider AWS and ADP in Hyderabad where Accenture in home town

Fractal. No idea about ptc
If TechM, you would get onshore opportunities but be aggressive in finding a relevant project project .
PTC may not be a good choice when you have the other offers. I know someone who worked there in tech and it was non-challenging and a stagnant role
Yes, while DevOps can be considered limited role in some organisations, mostly in product based organisations, it will be considered as actual DevOps (including scripting, automation and innovation) and not just limited to basic pipeline setup and support.
To PTC HR, you can ask which product development team you'll be part of (e.g. Creo/Windchill/ThingWorx etc.) and you'll get some idea. Additionally you can schedule a call with your hiring manager to understand more about expected role and responsibilities.
If you're interested in full stack development then it definitely makes sense to go with that role and I agree that it will have more demand in market than DevOps. So the choice is yours where you would like your career to grow!

In Fractal you might get some high quality work.
But i have doubts about job security

How about job security at Fractal.

I would suggest PTC , if you’re looking for culture and wlb , i spent around 7 years in ptc before moving out, they are really good policies regarding leave, stocks , insurance and all, hikes are also decent, you will get RSU based on performance.
Not sure about fractal but joining tech m over ptc is not a wise decision.

I agree.
But the role being offered at PTC is of Devops Engineer. While I am looking more on the development side which is provided by Fractal.
Since I presume Full Stack Dev is evergreen and growth , switches are better and easier as compared to Devops which I think is a kind of support only with minimal coding stuff.
Hereby, preferring Fractal over PTC.
Correct me if I'm wrong.
Hi what exact technology in full stack role?
React Python Django etc
Fractal for sure
Thanks 😊
I am interested for devops engineer
