I Got one Offer from Fynd but that is too low for me and as per my expereince
They are giving me 9 LPA bcz I quoted that amount when I applied for it long back. at that time I didnt know more about how salary and all calculated and whats the market research
Now after clearing all the rounds when we meet for salary discussion i told him my real desired salary as per experience and market reseach
He told me that I quoted 9 LPA so we can not do more "unless you have any counter offer"

Can someone please explain what is “SUPPLEMENTARY allowance” in my payslip??? It is the highest in my entire payslip, more than basic salary. Basic is lets say ₹7 lac annually and supplementary bonus is ₹7 lac 40 thousand.
Can someone please explain why this exists in my paylslip, is it good or bad from tax perspective and shall I ask my HR to decrease it???

Level 8 is AM 20- 45+ (Fixed) + 28% variable
Level 7 M 25- 60+ (Fixed) + 30% variable
Level 6 SM 30- 75+ (fixed) + 45% variable
These are the ranges I know.
Variable- I am a little not entirely sure. Because in Accenture, the variable is never paid out completely. Always lower than target variable.
The upper ranges for the fixed part can be more for all the 3 levels because often people retire at 8 or 7 in Accenture.
level 8 fixed part ranges from 20 to 45? that's way too much, do they have concept of bands or progression in each level?
