Does JPMorgan entertain counter offers ?
I have an offer of 18.5 lpa including bonus.
At the time of HR discussion, I was under the impression that this will be 18.5 fixed + bonus
I already have 19.5 fixed CTC offer from Emids and Indegene is ready to pay 23 lpa including joining Bonus.
I am keen to join JP morgan but I want to negotiate the offered CTC.
During HR discussion, HR said they'll not entertain any counter offers later on
JPMorgan Chase
I’m currently working in Citi as an AVP in Mumbai for the past 9 months.. due to personal reasons I wanted to move back to Pune (I have worked in Pune for last 8 years before coming to Citi) so I landed up with an offer from HSBC into Wholesale IT (GCB5).
My current Fixed CTC in Citi is 26.5 excluding PF and Retrials and HSBC IT has offered me 30.5 for the same and said they cannot increase further as am moving jobs in after 9 months which is too early..

Agreed with C2 on KSDC working culture.
But Bangalore SDC way different and way better.
Pro
PWC.
In every area except WLB, PWC is better than TCS.
Agreed. PwC has a much better work culture and you'll get a lot more opportunities at PwC.
Close ur eyes and join TCS. At this package PwC will surely harass you. Consider work life balance too at this much experience as well.
For PwC SDC, I think the in hand pay could be around 1.6-1.7.
Folks I know with 24 fixed pay, get around 1.4 a month.
