In Altimetrik, for java developer role, they mentioned two rounds of technical interview will be there and there will be no client interview. I have question, on which project I Will work, if the didn't conduct client interview?
Do they have any internal project? Or after selection, they conduct client interview?
What is bench policy in Altimetrik.

I’m a former educator that has transitioned to working for a SaaS company. I have been hired under one role but have been managing projects in design UX/UI, content management (auditing and process development), and governance (currently working on a bot project). I certified as a scrum master but I’m having a hard time finding a Scrum position. In transparency I have been in the field about 2 years. Any and all suggestions are welcome and encouraged.

I have recently given interview at Microsoft.
HR provided the feedback as I am not rejected bit not fit for the role so they have put me in talent plus pool. What should I expect next and does this mean that I may get the offer ?
