Hi, Got an offer from PWC India. HR agreed to provide joining bonus verbally but it's not mentioned on OL. My question is where is it mentioned, and if it's not on my OL, can I rely and accept it , or shall I ask them to send me a revised one with JB?

I’ve been running into weird happenings at my new firm learn of everything “I misunderstood” about my package. I don’t actually qualify for quarterly bonuses at a pro-rated billing rate; no 401ks till year 2; and the biggest—we don’t qualify for a raise unless we are here during the entire fiscal year. We have a 2100 billable req which I’m barely hitting. We also get paid below 6 figures. I learned that the new associates came is at least $10k over us. I graduated 2020–but 1st firm job. Advice?
