1. Work life balance in FedEx in general
2. Are all projects too demanding for long work hours?
3. Do we need to stretch long hours on daily basis to collaborate with US folks?
4. Are they very strict about coming to office? Or do they have hybrid too?

I can help you with your questions:
1. In general the work life balance is good. People come office by 11am and leave by 4 pm. Sometimes you might have to go on calls till 9 PM or 10 PM. Depends on project to project.

2. No, I think few projects are demanding. But it depends on yourself how you manage. I never entertain late calls and straight away decline them if they aren't urgent.

3. Sometimes we might have to stretch but not always.

4. Yes, coming to office is mandatory for 4 days .

I applied and got a position for aws . I got an offer and asked some questions. I didn't get a reply, from multiple individuals. Two weeks later received a phone call that my recruiter was let go and I was in limbo essentially, they said they'd get in touch with me closer to the timeline we discussed and they were sorry about the mixup. I called back the person to get more information (since I was running errands) and nothing again. No response and no other way to contact this person. Ideas?

I joined Genpact 10 days ago and my Onboarding session is done but after that I didn't get any call from my supervisor or HR for the laptop delivery, shift timings nd all. Feel like audit scheduling is always done on a knifes edge in that the timeline and staff schedules are enough so that if everyone works 60 hour weeks and no issues are identified then it can be filed on time. But even small things that increase the work can wildly throw off the schedule and cause hours to skyrocket for the staff on the job. No real point here, just ranting.
