In weekend checked out VTP Peagusus project in Kharadi possession 2025. Project looks promising but when visited the site accept for the towers rest all be it roads or daily basis shops nothing is there yet but they say that till the time of possession roads and everything will be functional. The rate for 750 sqft carpet 2bhk they are giving for 74lacs and possession is 2023 May. Another 2025 possession 850 sqft carpet 2bhk for 79lacs.Hardly any difference in rate per sqft. Please suggest

With W it was a client interview and the client is one of global leader in financial service and I really like to work with this client.

W's pay is 2-3L higher than A.

This is for Cybersecurity domain where A is comparatively better.

A client developer group just told me they reached terms to “buy equity in a lease.” From what they’ve told me, if we were setting this up fresh, I’d do a new LLC and easily handle capital contributions, buy-sell, etc. in the new LLC agreement. However, here the partner had a long-term lease on the underlying RE that our group wants to develop as a concept. Typical English firm salaries in London are about 70% Cravath (unless you're at one of the US firms that benchmarks to Cravath scale offices). 2PQE is around 165k USD + 30k bonus assuming 1800 billables. So comparing at a firm where you roughly bill 1900-2000 a year, you lose out, but if you bill 2200+, that's comparable?

Thinking aloud here - if you can find that 2000-billing firm, no sense staying in that payscale unless you have a shot at equity?

One of the team member has applied leaves for continuous 3 days this month. Later she applied for a 15 days leave saying a medical emergency. Both the leaves were rejected from her manager saying connect with HR. though she is on leave without PM leave approval and this is not even prior notice to the team.
