S&P Global Hi guys ,does anyone transition from frontend/ support background to java spring boot.
I find it very difficult to transition from frontend.
Right after seeing i'm from frontend backgroung 80% rejection is confrimed.
Any one knows company which hires independant of tech stack

I did to frontend react to full stack with node without any issue
We both are on same bridge confusion to change domain I am also currently working as webmethods support role with lot of work pressure which I am not interested to work on it but very interest to change to java development
I switched from manual testing to Java support to proper Java backend roles.

Learning Java, Spring Boot is step 0, to clear interviews you'd need to work on dsa/algorithms and system design
Actually it's other way around, Front end is more difficult than back end. Any one who has basic programming skill can survive regardless of programming language or framework.

I am also ios dev , learned and cleared java full stack inteerview but I am not sure how I will perform there so not able to decide should I join or not

Why do you want to transition?
That's great! I would recommend you to lie on your CV by saying that you are a Full Stack Developer and trying to get into backend roles now. That should help you in getting interviews.
