I’m currently interviewing with a few top 10 firms and a couple top 100 firms for a mostly remote experienced associate/new senior role. Does anyone have any tips on virtual interviews and how to gauge the culture of the firm and if it really will be a good fit for you? Allergies in the cafeteria?
Now that all students are back to eating in the cafeteria, the “peanut/tree nut free” section is just at the end of each long table. When I see the custodians cleaning between lunch sessions, they use the same, one towel to wipe all the tables in the lunch room. I have a very severe peanut allergy myself and worry about cross contamination constantly. And as a school nurse, I’m wondering what other schools do to prevent cross contamination in the cafeteria. A company has made an offer and I wanted to understand if i'm being made a fool.

The monthly compensation is 1,37,500 (16,50,000 yearly) and Variable component (Bonus) is 1,50,000.

However in the offer it says "You shall be paid an annual compensation of Rs. 16,50,000/- per annum Cost to Company."

Which to me sounds like it doesn't consider 1,50,000 to be a part of CTC which is suspicious to me.

How should I deal with this?
