Feel like I missed the boat years back to get into Director of Product role. Back in the day there was only Senior in between a Director role, now there’s Lead and Group levels, so much hierarchy now.

I resigned and my last working day was last day of month .
The company KPMG was suppose to deduct my joining bonus and other things in final settlement. Last working day was last day of month , which means i got full salary.
What they will do in final settlement? Will they ask me to pay separately? I have resigned and joined another organisation. Any one knows what will happen ?

So I recently learned about the Boston Molasses Disaster. Apparently, due to a lack of oversight, some giant molasses storage unit exploded into a wave that flooded the streets of Boston with millions of gallons of molasses causing massive damage to people and property. But they are saying they cannot give 100% hike as current market standards are 30%. Is it possible to get around my expectations 20-25 lpa as I have overall 7.5 yoe in pharma consulting. Can anybody help me with some referrals as it's Little urgent since I am already serving NP.
