I am a 30 year old technical support specialist ( 3 years as technical support) and 5 years in banking ( fraud). Had to change field for personal reasons.

I don't really enjoy my work and I am playing get into product manager role. My current CTC ( including bonus ) is 11.5 lakh pa.

As a 30 year old guy is it too late for me to get into product manager role ? Also once I complete my training ( certification) can I expect the same salary ?

How to get into freshers data science role as a non-tech professional?

I'm TC2 at Deloitte w. 2 YOE and MAcc. Working on CPA exam. Some of my team peers moved to Capital One as Senior Business Analyst and it seemed good to me too. Recently I was contact by Cap One. The recruiter asked me if I'm interested in- Analyst/ Associate/ Risk Manager roles at Commercial bank (related to real estate or credit). Those roles require 1-3 YOE, but not Master's or CPA. Does anyone know if above positions are as competitive as SBA?
