I am a test analyst for last 2.6 years and have planned to switch next year to a new company. But recently I got an opportunity for BA role in my team which is my aspiration. So is it worth to stay in same company for 4 years and don't get a promotion and only explore the new role or j should I make a jump for test analyst role and increase my salary. I am really confused!

Finished my MBA and got into consulting but finding it difficult in being good at my job. I joined a client mid project and the deliverables at times are so vague. I have no consulting experience ( came from an audit background) but as a sr. Consultant the expectations from my role are high. How can I get better at problem solving, story telling and just consolidating influx of information into concise format. Having some major imposter syndrome!
