YOE. I joined in 2022 as a campus hire (BTech). My fixed pay as of now is 7LPA..How much hike i can expect this year if i am expecting promotion this year. My ratings are mostly strongly agree for all the snapshots raised.

My current ctc is 13.8 lpa.Before scheduling L1 interview, HR told me for this role the maximum pay is between 13lpa and 5lpa.. I said ok.. and i have celared the interview as well. HR negotiation is pending. Now if i negotiate for a higher salary.. what will happen? Would they be able to go beyond 15lpa?

Recently got a contract job at Facebook NY. I hold an offer of 18LPA from KPMG with joining date of 7th September. (Wfh)
I applied at Workday on 15th May and went through 7 technical rounds of interview and received a verbal offer letter of 21LPA (hybrid)
Now apparently their technical panel "forgot" about the interview and wants to have a discussion again as 8th technical interview. HR says their joining date will be 19th September.
