I am in dilemma between H1B and L1 Visa which one should i prefer to go with.
I had applied to lottery from third party consultancy and it got picked, now they are asking to submit the money for next process it is around 4.5 lakh.
on the other hand in my current company I had a discussion with my manager and they are saying they will start my L1 visa process.

I have been selected into ZS for the BTAC role under CCM(Customer-Centric Marketing). My YOE is 3.8 in Cognizant, and the domain is ETL, DW, cloud(AWS).

My question is, ZS is giving a great package compared to what I have in Cognizant (Above 100% hike), and Cognizant is ready to retain me by giving somewhere 50%-60% hike. Will ZS be a good choice for me to switch? In terms of growth, technologies, work, pay. Or should I accept what cognizant is giving and get retained?

While applying for visa my company quoted 80K as compensation. Now they want to reduce it to 75K.
