Hi Guys, I am in the process of procuring canadian PR. How easy is it to get internal transfer. In the hindsight, i also hold an offer of almost 70% hike from these two companies and already put down the papers.

HR is saying they will tag me to canadian project for now until i get the PR and will process onsite further.

What would the wise thing to do ? Stay back and explore internal opprtunities or move out and explore opportunities from elsewhere ?

I applied at Workday on 15th May and went through 7 technical rounds of interview and received a verbal offer letter of 21LPA (hybrid)

Need to know one thing urgently. Have attended lateral TCS interview and cleared TR and MR..But got to know in the MR round that my preferred base location they cant provide..So went ahead with it.
