Hi Guys, I got an offer for a contractual role as Senior Consultant (QA) in Gartner.Can you help me understanding the job security and growth here in Gartner working on a contracutal role and is there any possibility and how much if it is to move to Gartner payroll further.Anyone having same experience or know about this scenario. Please help me out.

I’ve been working at a rather prestigious midsized firm in a big city for almost a year and a half now. I have been having a lot of trouble picking up work from senior partners. We are required to bill at least 150 hours per month to meet our requirement. My months are typically only 110-130 hours. It seems like the senior partners already have their “go to” associate for things. Does anyone have any suggestions on how i can increase my workload? I reach out for work pretty much weekly.

I pity those who revel in the "accomplishment" of have 100+ YTD utilization. Y'all got suckered by the firm.
