I have 3 offers in hand
IBM, PWC and Hexaware, all are near to same around 13 LPA, Hexaware has variables 5 % included in CTC.
I am more inclined towards IBM, but confused about, my career path is mostly with Microsoft technology mostly with Azure data platform and BI tool.
Please suggest. I am not much interested in the grades like 7A in IBM and G4 in Hexaware.
I just wanted to know, where I will get more opportunities on my skills.

I have 2 offers in hand currently -
1. CGI - 25LPA +1L JB
2. Neev systems - 23LPA (5%VP)

Neev systems is ready to negotiate it with CGI. And both companies have their own benefits.

Neev's hike is good compared to CGI(almost double) & CGI have some additional perks like cab facility, Creche allowance, mobile, internet bills reimbursements and additional 5% shares.

Both might have similar WLB (12-9pm).

My DOJ is tomorrow, unable to decide between them. Pls help me!!

I accepted TCS offer with 50% hike. Later I got other opportunities with 120% in CTS, LT, Wipro, Tech Mahindra, Mphasis, Accenture. Requested TCS for salary revision. Asked me to send counter offer. No response from them. My DOJ is on Dec 13, do TCS keep me in blacklist if I don't join? Please suggest.

I was hired within the last year as a site supervisor. I did well my first few projects with the company. They asked if I’d be interested in transitioning into a construction manager role. I agreed. Now I still am the site supervisor on projects but I’m also doing all the construction manger duties on the project as well. Essentially 2 jobs for one salary. We Indians are so poor we can't think anything else except money. Whole Fishbowl is all about YOe and Salary. No one interested about if any company doing any innovation or not. B-Tech colleges put ads with Package and Campusing only. Almost 99% Indian YouTube thumbnail is like "5 lakh to 40 lakh", "Interview Experience in bracket 50Lpa" etc.. Hardly we can see Foreign Editorial things marked with Packages.

Let’s say you did pretty good at interview, and the company (Google) is willing to give you an offer, but team lead at the end of interview asks you about GPA or experience on your resume, etc. Like in reality you got GPA 2.0, but u told them your GPA is 3.5 Would you take a risk and lie?
