Finally left TCS last week and feel the most happiest person ever.TCS was my 4th organisation and I had joined TCS to settle for long term but after 1 year I realised this is the worst organisation one can be with.No first year hike for laterals, no support provided to hard working dedicated employees, only support and leaves are gifted to employees who do nothing and know nothing except dodging work and getting escalations from clients.Forced wfo, forced completion of useless trainings etc.

Hexaware is doing some interesting things. If you want to stay relevant and ahead of the curve, I would consider them. But if you want to stay solid and always have reliably transferable skills, IBM is a solid choice too.
Thanks for the advise, but it is for Bangalore location, and I have heard that Hexaware doesn't have much for Bangalore location.
You can go for IBM as there are so many Azure Projects are available at this moment, will help you to increase your learning curve.
Thank you so much

I think IBM tends to be the better choice overall, I know quite a few people working there and they seem happy with the resources they have for projects, flexibility etc
I have spent 3 years with IBM and my experience with IBM is not that great especially when it comes to project... Here RCMs and PMs are completely non techies and their primary focus is billing... So irrespective of your skills the RCMs will push you to any project and ensure you that its a good account.. When it comes to Azure, I am an Azure Data Engineer at IBM and there are very few development projects. Whenever i get released it gets tough for me to find a new one. So would suggest before joining IBM you please check if you are hired for a specific account or its a general hire... Please avoid joining if its for a general hire.
Thank you so much, this really confirms my doubt and it's looking like, this is same as in any other service MNC and there isn't much advantage in terms of Projects and opportunities. Probably I am one of the fools who left previous product based company and join service by thinking about advancement in terms of new technology and will have many technology knowledge and will get best in learning, these things are available with all service MNCs but of no use. I am going to ask to the HR person but I know she will not tell the account name, or even she tells that can't be trusted.
I have faced issues with HR promises in current company.
I can't explain here everything, how I was brutally thrown to another location within 1 week of my joining, and how I have struggled having my 2 years old kid too. while promise was completely different. HR who did all this wrong promises never received my call even I had join the company, once she received and said sorry if you don't like then you can resign.
This is completely wrong.
A person rejects many offers and join a company, how this can be done.
This is my actual exit interview statement after 2 years, but I will tell that, I am resigning due to some personal issues. Because I don't want them to give negative feedback for any of my future employers, that's a very bad practice in the industry to take the feedback from old.
No one want to loose a top performer and til end they try to retain you and once you don't accept anything, you might get negative feedbacks for your background check, so people always says ,it's my personal issue that I am leaving the company.
