I have almost 4 years of experience in SAP Abap and Currently i have 7.8 fixed salary and Accenture is offering 10.8 fixed and some performance based bonus and rest of the stuff taking ctc to around 14 lpa.
Is it a good offer?

.they asked whether they can schedule interview on Wednesday....i said Yes.

But somehow I get schedule cancellation e-mail on or before Tuesday & the process continues from last 1.5 months
