Context: I applied for a position a while back and got interviewed, but didn’t go to the next round. I found the same position open again a month later at a different location and applied. Almost immediately, I was called for an interview, but with the same interviewer. What does this mean? Is this going to get awkward?

Ive accepted an offer going from a SM role to M role at EY in the CCas team , London office. Can anyone confirm how often one needs to come into the office, as my commute is from Hampshire . In my current role I rarely go to the office, i.e once every few months (also in London) and am considering backing out due to the additional commuting cost and less flexible work life balance.

Why does PWC Kolkata SDC pay so low?
Only 16lpa fixed (senior associate 1), is it worth joining?

Is it a wise decision to move from big4 to WITCH companies or mid sized product companies like Arrow electronics, Emerson just for the sake of pay rise. In my current company, I don't have any issue but just have a thought that a switch is needed to move up the ladder . Infosys Deloitte Tata Consultancy PwC Cognizant Capgemini
