Hi guys, i recently got an offer from Blackrock Mumbai. Before joining I wanted to understand the work culture, work life balance, promotion & growth oppurtunities and also leadership visibility.
I read some review in glassdoor, they were all very mixed.
My current workplace has become toxic, hence I am leaving, that's why I'm being extra careful before joining.
I have another offer from JP morgan, with same pay, so I am evaluating both.

Seeking advice: I am a young sales consultant and sales engineer working for a tech startup company. I have 6 years of sales experience. And I have been helping run my family business for the past 10 years. I was intially interviewed for a senior account executive position at a $70k offer.
