Hi guys, I’m in an interesting position I have a lot of tasks that each need a dedicated 1hr to 30mins to complete without interrupting. But I also receive urgent emails and teams calls randomly throughout the day. It’s now nearly midnight in London and I have about 8 hours worth of work to do before a busy day tomorrow. Any tips on how to manage this ? Unfortunately everything is urgent two client meetings on the same day with an hour in between. Creatives/producers are being difficult too

I have just recently accepted a position as Director of Compliance at a Fin-Tech company here in Naples, FL.. My previous 17 YOE were strictly in the Financial industry. Does anyone know what the average salary is for this position? I have a sinking feeling that I accepted the role too quickly without comparing salaries. The position only pays $50k/year. That seems low to me.

Anyone else finding it very difficult to get any enjoyment out of account management these days? Any coping tips? Throughout my career, I have worked at both “traditional” and “digital” shops. My current agency would fall under traditional but also offers digital services. Our process, roles and skillsets seem way outdated but I wasn’t sure if it was just my opinion or if this is just how it works. For example, we have no CTO or tech leads. Our digital producers feel more like project managers than actual producers. Account Management is just traditional, no real digital knowledge. Feels layered and dated.
